Being a native of Hampton Roads Andraas knows the local area like the back of his hand. He has a wealth of experience and even before becoming an agent, he was thoroughly engaged in Real Estate investing including being involved in home flips and creative financing transactions. There is a special appreciation he has for the area being military. He has worked locally with the DOD as a Cybersecurity professional and sailed with the Navy as a Merchant Seaman for 5 years, going overseas and conducting operations. Andraas continues to diligently stay abreast of current market trends and can quickly assess whether an investment or traditional home sale makes financial sense.
